WOLF WEINTRAUB

Wolf Weintraub was born in Munich, Germany and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He is a self-taught photographer who did not receive formal training in the visual arts. In his early 20’s he moved to New York City and later to Paris, France where he spent a decade as a Freelance Photographer Assistant and Freelance Photographer. Shortly after, he relocated back to New York City where he worked for 15 years at the studio of acclaimed French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier as an assistant as well as designer and printer of Patrick's commercial portfolios.

Wolf Weintraub’s “Private Detective” series has been published in Diplopie Revue Paris.

In November 2020, his work was featured in the #ICPConcerned exposition and book, Global Images for Global Crisis, in response to Covid-19.

Wolf Weintraub’s work was selected for “It’s a Dog’s Life!” curated by Elizabeth Avedon and exhibited at South x Southeast Photo Gallery in Molena, Georgia.  

Wolf Weintraub is the owner of Wolf Prints, a portfolio printing studio for photographers.
