FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you change your mind about an order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that processing fees may apply to refunds. After 24 hours, all sales are considered final. To request a cancellation, contact us and provide your reason for cancellation.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Upon delivery, please open and inspect your artwork immediately. In the rare event of a shipping error or damage, you must notify the gallery within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.
Important Note on Framing: The gallery accepts zero liability for fulfillment discrepancies or condition issues once an artwork has been altered, mounted, or framed. It is the responsibility of the collector and their chosen framing professional to verify the artwork matches the order before any custom framing work begins.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for all three regions are calculated automatically at checkout based on the specific weight, dimensions, and insurance requirements of the artwork, as well as the artist’s location. This ensures prints are fully insured and handled with the necessary care.
If you are located outside of these three countries, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Note on International Orders: Orders shipped outside of the artist's home country may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Q: What carriers do you use to ship?
A: Shipping carriers vary by artist and location. Please contact us for specific information.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: The timeline can vary depending on an artwork’s location, size and type. Most works arrive within 2-6 weeks of payment. Tracking is provided upon shipment.
Q: If I purchase more than one print how is the shipping calculated?
A: Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and the origin of the items in your cart:
From the Same Artist: If you purchase multiple prints from a single artist, the shipping weights are combined. This may move your order into a higher shipping tier to cover the increased weight, larger packaging, and additional insurance value.
From Different Artists: Because our photographers ship their work directly from their own studios, orders containing prints from multiple artists will include a separate shipping charge for each location.
Q. Do you offer custom framing?
A. Please contact us with details of your specific request.
