By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment: Payment is required in full at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Pricing, Availability & Estate Schedules: All fine art prints, limited editions, and estate archive works listed on this website, in digital catalogs, or in promotional materials are subject to availability, edition status, and price schedule adjustments in accordance with individual artist and estate guidelines. Final pricing, trade volume discounts, and custom shipping estimates are confirmed upon formal quote or invoice issuance.

  • Cancellations: If you change your mind about an order, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that processing fees may apply to refunds. After this 24-hour window, all sales are considered final.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us directly with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing & Delivery Timelines: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Because timelines vary depending on an artwork’s location, size, and type, most works arrive within 2 to 6 weeks of payment. Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

  • Destinations & Rates: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for all three regions are calculated automatically at checkout based on the specific weight, dimensions, and insurance requirements of the artwork, as well as the artist’s location.

  • International Orders: If you are located outside of these three countries, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Orders shipped outside of the artist's home country may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Carriers: Shipping carriers vary by artist and location. Please contact us if you require specific carrier information.

  • Combined Shipping:

    • From the Same Artist: If you purchase multiple prints from a single artist, shipping weights are combined. This may move your order into a higher shipping tier to cover increased weight, larger packaging, and additional insurance value.

    • From Different Artists: Because our photographers ship their work directly from their own studios, orders containing prints from multiple artists will include a separate shipping charge for each location.

3. Delivery Inspection, Damages & Returns

  • Returns Policy: Standard returns for change of mind are not accepted outside of the 24-hour cancellation window. All sales are final after 24 hours.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Upon delivery, please open and inspect your artwork immediately. In the rare event of a shipping error or damage, you must notify the gallery within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.

  • Important Note on Framing & Liability: The gallery accepts zero liability for fulfillment discrepancies or condition issues once an artwork has been altered, mounted, or framed. It is the responsibility of the collector and their chosen framing professional to verify that the artwork matches the order and arrives in pristine condition before any custom framing work begins.

  • Custom Framing: We offer custom framing inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with the details of your specific request.

4. Privacy & Use of Site

  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect and use your data.

  • Responsible Use: Please use our website responsibly. All content on this site—including all photographs—belongs exclusively to The MF Gallery and its contributing artists.

  • Copyright Notice: All images are protected under international copyright laws and may not be reproduced in any form, stored, or manipulated without prior written permission from The MF Gallery and the copyright holder(s).

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The MF Gallery's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the site is strictly limited to the amount actually paid for your order.

  • Governing Law: These terms and your use of our website are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
